An immersive experience designed to transform how you lead

A focused 3-day retreat to understand your leadership style, strengthen your influence, and leave with practical tools to lead yourself and your team more effectively

Leadership from the Inside Out

This retreat is for senior leaders, directors, deputy directors, heads of function , entrepreneurs and founders who want to step back and take an honest look at how they lead, both others and themselves.

Wern-y-Cwm Farm, South Wales

24th - 26th March 2026

You will be able to:

  • Revisit your leadership approach before pressure turns into burnout

  • Create high performance without exhausting yourself or your team

  • Reduce quiet disengagement and retain your best people

  • Move from constant reacting to confident, intentional leadership

  • Lead in a way that is sustainable, human and effective

Our approach

This retreat blends executive coaching, practical leadership development and wellbeing workshops plus time in the outdoors to create space for honest reflection and real change. Rather than teaching abstract theory, we work with your lived experience as a leader – the challenges, decisions and relationships you navigate every day.

You’ll learn through:

  • Structured team coaching workshops that give you a greater understanding of your leadership style and blind spots

  • A fireside chat with a successful business founder who built a multi-million pound enterprise from scratch

  • Lessons learned about leadership and personal resilience while leading an expedition to climb the 5th highest mountain on Earth

  • Reflections about managing task, teams, individuals and self based on a 35 year career leading people on operations across the globe and leading strategy in Whitehall

  • Practical tools you can apply immediately to improve the will and cohesion of your teams

  • Teachings on managing your own personal wellbeing, mental/physical health and resilience

  • Outdoor activities to include rock climbing/abseiling/walking to unlock new thinking and growth through challenge

  • Peer learning with other senior leaders facing similar pressures

  • Follow up one to one coaching session

This is not a wellness retreat, motivational event or corporate away day. It is an immersive series of workshops that will enable you to take stock of how you lead your people and manage yourself.

You will leave with tools that improve the performance, motivation and cohesion of your teams. That means greater productivity.
