A three day immersive experience, designed to transform how you lead
Leadership can be exhilarating but it can also be exhausting, isolating and unsustainably demanding. Many senior leaders find themselves running at full capacity for years, absorbing relentless pressure with little space to think, breathe or recover.

A Safe, Supportive 3-Day Reset for Leaders
Over three days and two nights, I bring together small groups of no more than five or six leaders who share similar challenges. In a quiet countryside setting away from noise, demands and deadlines. Participants reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with a healthier way of leading.
This is not a spa weekend or a luxury escape.
It’s purposeful recovery: grounded, human, restorative, and professionally supported.
